Founded in 1993 by Andrew Chaplin, Sleeperwoods is a family run business and was built on a passion for handcrafted excellence and a deep respect for natural hardwoods. What began as a vision for quality has grown into a respected business known for creating timeless, bespoke furniture and architectural pieces.

For over three decades, we’ve combined expert craftsmanship with modern design and advanced manufacturing processes to produce everything from furniture and doors to staircases, sculptures, and custom steel-work, each piece made to last and make a statement.

 

Our roots may be in South Africa, but our reach is global. Sleeperwoods has completed projects and shipped products across the country, throughout Africa, and to the United States. always maintaining the same commitment to quality and care.
